Defective product, no help on how to fix

Well built machine, fromAmazon is flooded with oxygen concentrators from Asia. After doing some research, many of these don’t provide the performance they claim. I was rest assured when I came across yuwell both in tests results and knowing that the company has the backing of Xiaomi who from experience have excellent quality standards.I specifically wanted a European market, English labelled and UK rated (220V 50Hz) which my unit meets (purchased from Yuwell seller amazon Uk and not third party sellers who I believe sell grey import ( Chinese menu and buttons).Unit is exceptionally well built and finished which exceeded my expectations. Quality of plastics, buttons and display are excellent. Very straightforward to use, just fill with filtered water the mark, plug in air tubing and controls are quite self explanatory. Well equipped, the unit comes with ir remote with battery, spare fuse and water plug, 1x nasal cannula, extra set of air filters, EU an Uk leads and English manual. Although I would liked to have mask options included in the package, these are considered to be consumables and can be easily purchased cheaply. Purchased standard adult and paediatric size masks separately and they fit this machine perfectly fine.Noise is unobtrusive. Sounds like an aquarium pump with the trickle of water.O2 delivery rate is lower comparatively to some including their higher YU300s model (only available in the Chinese markets I believe) but will suffice for our needs.Please make sure you read up and know what is and what is isn’t. This is not a life supporting system but to be used as a supplemental therapy.

Not a 5L concentrator but only 1L has 90% oxygenAt a flow of 5 litres oxygen in air is only 30% . That’s so wrong putting patients at risk. Do not call this machine 5L concentrator. Call 1L concentrator
