I purchased this book four months ago and been reading the way author suggested by playing ‘cricket’ with it(you just have to pick the book and start reading random pages). A truly wonderful read. There are six chapters in this book and each and every one it says and teaches us a lot about life. The author Ankur Warikoo have done a great job with this book.I would really recommend this book for you if you are feeling a little bit confused or stuck in a life. A good thing about this book which really like is that, it based on life experiences and mistakes. And when you read a book like this, it’s like living a ‘your’ version of author’s life.

Bought this gem for our soon to be 15 yr old …as she’s into self help and personality building reading material. In one word – awesome 👍😎 Mr Warikoo love the fact that you’ve kept life’s intricate and complex issues and the way to approach them this incredibly simple !!! A must have for anyone genuinely interested in leading a smart self made life .

Book Review: Do Epic ShitDisclaimer: The book contains almost everything we already have seen, heard, talked and known about but have seldom bothered to think about and also how to use those principles in our life. This book written by Ankur Warikoo and published by Juggernaut Books is a simple yet powerful trip down memory lane. It’s a walk that you wished you had taken sooner. No spoilers but some important highlights and key takeaways from each chapter that I would love to share with everyone.🏆 Chapter 1: Success (and Failure)🎭🥇🎉💩🚀 Be responsible for your work. That’s how you will gain trust and respect from others.🚀 Don’t live your life as a template. It will only bring you discomfort in the long run.🚀 Mistakes in his 20’s and 30’s and his Failure Resume – absolute gold stuff that you can’t afford to miss.🏆 Chapter 2: Habits🧠🗣️👣🏋️✍️🚀 Instead of setting resolutions or goals, develop habits because it builds your personality through consistent pursuit of excellence.🚀 3 things to focus on:🧘 First hour after you wake up🛌 Last hour before you sleep🗓️ Your calendar🚀 10 Highly Effective Habits🏆 Chapter 3: Awareness⚠️✅🔍✨🚀 Satisfaction is probably the most underrated skill because the world despises it.🚀 There are only 2 choices in life: the easy and the right one.🚀 Do you get what you seek, desire or dream?🏆 Chapter 4: Entrepreneurship💡⏱️💲👑🚀 You can help improve someone’s talent, but not their intent.🚀 A competent a**hole is probably better than an incompetent nice guy.🚀 Attitude >> Experience >> Education🏆 Chapter 5: Money 💵💶💴💷💰🚀 7 Mistakes he made and 10 Common money mistakes to avoid.🚀 10 Lessons to preserve and grow your money and 10 Lies we were told about money.🏆 Chapter 6: Relationships 🧑🤝🧑👭👬👫💍🚀 The change we want in others is the change we need to begin with.🚀 Kill them with kindness.🚀 Respect >> Empathy >> Sympathy🚀 Become that friend you never had🙌 Bonus: Life-changing lessons Ankur learnt from his parents and Heartfelt letters he wished he wrote to his 2 kids.I got what I needed from this book, and the takeaway is purely subjective. If you treat this as a one-time reading resource, chances are you might end up getting disappointed. But if you truly explore what Ankur is trying to say through each lesson by regularly coming back to it, you will be able to make the most out of this book.

In life, we expect everything to be perfect. Our job, business, health, wealth, family, relations, mindfulness, etc. We expect a stress-free life, free of challenges, struggles, and worries. This is precisely what the author of this book wants to convey in the book “DP EPIC SHIT.”.How to manage various aspects of our lives to attain a state of heightened awareness. Whether it is happiness, sadness, relationships, money, teamwork, work, or college life, the challenges most people face in their personal as well as professional lives and how to conquer them.I have learned that everyone is struggling in their life. Everyone is in a phase where they are hustling to figure out, “What next?”. 4th year students seeking placement opportunities; working professionals seeking appraisal; entrepreneurs scaling their work. We put up a façade to pretend to society that we are happy and living our lives to the fullest. So how do you deal with these critical situations and how do you stop fighting with your expectations of what the ideal life should be?Based on our social conditioning, we make certain decisions in terms of career, relationships, and marriage, and these decisions have a significant impact. The best part about this book is that it can be read by opening any random page, and the language used is easy to understand, considering the attention span of the reader.
