Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days
• Item must not be on the non-returnable list

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged books
• Opened software or digital products
• Personal care items
• Custom or personalized products

How to Return

1. Go to "My Orders" and select the order
2. Click "Return Item" and select reason
3. Wait for approval (usually within 24 hours)
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
5. Our courier will pick up from your address
6. Refund processed after quality check (3-5 days)

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
